Ideal for all purposes and designs
Our smooth pavers or tiles are ideal with all landscapes and
houses - old world tradition, or the latest modern design.
They are particularly popular in the plain colour.
These pavers are not normally sealed
with a surface sealer as this may be excessively slippery
unless a silica grit is added to the sealant.
Even when unsealed, these pavers are
quite smooth .If you love the look but find them slippery,
a mild acid wash can be applied. This process effectively
pre-ages the paver and provides a slip resistent surface.
To ensure the right surface is found for your needs,
mild applications of the wash can be applied until you are
happy with the slip resistence.
It is important to test this on a single
unlaid paver first before you decide which paver you prefer,
to avoid disappointment. Never leave the container of acid
on the paving system during this process.
